# Backups

## Backups

If you want to backup your data, you just need to copy the `users.json`  `ideas.json` and `.env`\
these are the only files containing the data.

#### Docker Backups <a href="#docker-backups" id="docker-backups"></a>

Backup the two files stored in the data folder mounted with the container.

#### Restore <a href="#restore" id="restore"></a>

If previous files exist they will be loaded in priority if located in the right same folder as mounted.
